ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mandla & Singh Law Chambers is inviting applications from law graduates and advocates interested in building a long-term litigation practice.
Position: Associate
PQE: 1–2 Years
Areas of Work: Criminal, Commercial and Civil Litigation
Selected candidates will work closely on matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals and other judicial forums, with substantial exposure to:
- Legal research and strategy
- Drafting and pleadings
- Client conferences
- Case management and coordination
- Court proceedings across diverse areas of practice
Candidates will be entrusted with meaningful responsibility from an early stage and will be expected to contribute actively to the development and conduct of matters.
The Chambers is looking for individuals who are:
- Strong researchers and drafters
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable taking ownership of work
- Keen to build a serious litigation practice
Essential Requirement: Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and drafting is essential.
