ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Designation: Senior Associate – White Collar Crimes
Location: Mumbai
Mode: Full-time, On-site
Qualification: LL.B., enrolled with the Bar Council of India
Experience: 4–6 Years PQE in Civil, Criminal & Arbitration Litigation
Role Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced litigation professional to independently manage proceedings across civil, criminal and arbitration matters, represent clients before various forums and contribute to knowledge-building within the firm.
Mandatory Requirement: Fluency in speaking and reading Marathi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appear before district courts, High Courts, tribunals and arbitral forums
- Handle end-to-end civil, criminal and arbitration proceedings
- Draft and review pleadings, complaints, petitions, affidavits, notices, applications and arbitration claims/responses
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies, notes and legal opinions
- Coordinate with clients, external counsel, police, regulatory and enforcement authorities
- Manage hearings, filings and procedural compliance
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to internal knowledge development
