ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Lex Credence is inviting applications across its Conveyance Team and Research & Drafting Team.
Conveyance Team – Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clients with expert advice on property transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
- Conducting due diligence and property searches
- Registration of documents
Research & Drafting Team – Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing precedents and statutes to provide insightful legal views
- Drafting pleadings
- Preparing notes and briefs for seniors
Experience Requirements:
- Freshers: 0–1 year of work experience
- Junior Associate / Associate: 1–3 years of work experience
- Experienced Professionals: 3–10 years of work experience
Minimum Commitment: 2 years
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to read, write and speak English, Marathi and Hindi
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity
- Readiness and motivation to perform any other work as may be assigned
