ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Asraya Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate from recent law graduates of the Class of 2025 and 2026 who are committed, detail-oriented and interested in litigation.

Eligibility:
- B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. / LL.B. graduates
- Class of 2025 and 2026
- Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in civil, commercial, arbitration and criminal litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals and other forums
- Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, written submissions and legal opinions
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
- Attending and assisting in client conferences and strategy discussions
- Appearing before competent authorities
- Assisting with procedural and regulatory compliances
