ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Jax Law is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern to join its Legal / Corporate & Compliance Team in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and preparing research notes
- Legal drafting, documentation and document review
- Assisting with corporate, regulatory and compliance-related assignments
- Maintaining legal records and matter-related documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.
- 3rd year or above preferred
- Academic excellence is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills
- Proficiency in IT tools, AI tools and MS Office
- Ability to learn quickly and work within timelines
