If you are a final-year law student who loves Intellectual Property and already has a solid foundation in IP laws, I would love to work with you!
Since we will be working closely on real, ongoing cases, I am looking for someone who can commit to a long-term role and is excited to dive deep into the practical side of the law.
Here is what you will get hands-on experience with:
- Trademark Prosecution (filing applications, drafting oppositions, and responding to examination reports)
- Copyright & Design Act matters
- Real-world IP Litigation and case preparation
