Position: Lawyer
Experience: 2–4 Years PQE
Practice Areas: Banking & Finance, Investment, General Corporate, Private Equity and M&A
Wadia Ghandy & Co. is looking to expand the team of its Co-Deputy Managing Partner, Nihas Basheer.
Key Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in:
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including debt or equity transactions. Experience in both is preferred.
- Conducting due diligence.
- Advising on regulatory compliance, including RBI regulations, FEMA, and SEBI guidelines.
