Position: In-House Counsel
PQE: 7–9 Years
Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore
Vahura is looking for business-smart and driven lawyers with strong transactional experience across:
- Private Credit / Structured Finance / Private Equity.
- Negotiation of credit and financing agreements.
- Cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.
- SaaS, technology and commercial contracts.
- Data privacy.
- Fund structuring and governance exposure.
