ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Two Associate positions are open at the New Delhi office.
1. Associate – Insolvency, RERA & Consumer Laws
PQE: Up to 1 Year
Skills Required:
- Drafting complaints and appeals before RERA and Consumer Commissions.
- Exposure to IBC/insolvency proceedings, including CIRP, NCLT, and NCLAT.
- Sound knowledge of RERA and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Strong research, drafting, and client-interfacing skills.
2. Associate – Indirect Tax Litigation
PQE: Up to 2 Years
Skills Required:
- Experience in GST, Customs, and Excise matters before Tribunals and Courts.
- Strong drafting and research skills in indirect tax laws.
- Ability to independently handle briefs and case preparation.
