ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Zypp Electric is looking for 2 Legal Interns (Unpaid) to join its in-house legal team in Gurgaon.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and legal documents.
- Maintaining and organising legal records and documentation.
- Supporting compliance tracking and regulatory filings.
- Coordinating with internal teams on legal requirements.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Immediate joiners.
- Law students currently in their 3rd to 5th year.
- Interest in Corporate Law.
- Strong contract drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
