ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Delhi / Gurugram
Candidates should have experience in:
- Corporate & Commercial Law.
- Contracts.
- Legal Advisory.
- Compliance.
- NDA, SaaS, MSA and SOW agreements.
- Cross-border transactions.
- Commercial transactions.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) utilisation.
