ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 8 years of post-enrolment professional experience.
- LL.B. qualification.
- Enrolment as an Advocate.
- Candidates must be based in or available for full-time deployment in Aligarh.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected professional will be involved in:
- Legal advisory and legal research.
- Land, property and development matters.
- Infrastructure and urban development projects.
- Public procurement and tendering.
- Drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
- Transaction support and negotiations.
- Coordination with government authorities and relevant stakeholders.
