ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Experience: 2–8 years
- Education: LL.B.
- Strong expertise in litigation, arbitration, and legal drafting.
- Experience in execution matters and financial services/NBFC-related legal work.
- Knowledge of matters involving Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act.
