ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

S.B. Jain & Associates is expanding its Corporate Compliance Team and is looking for a Company Secretary (CS).

The selected candidate will be involved in handling corporate compliances, ROC filings, MCA portal work, Board Meeting processes, and secretarial functions.

This opportunity is suitable for professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in developing their career in corporate compliance and secretarial practice.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Candidates should have practical knowledge of corporate and secretarial compliances.
  • Strong professional communication and coordination skills are required.
  • Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of handling compliance-related responsibilities within prescribed timelines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate may be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Preparation and filing of various ROC forms.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records.
  • Conducting and coordinating Board Meetings and General Meetings.
  • Drafting Board and shareholders’ meeting minutes and resolutions.
  • Handling filings through the MCA portal.
  • Tracking statutory and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for due diligence.
  • Assisting in corporate structuring and governance-related matters.
  • Supporting regulatory advisory work.
  • Assisting in compliance audits.
  • Ensuring timely completion of corporate and statutory filings.
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders for corporate compliance requirements.
