ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Chambers of Ritu Rajkumari is inviting applications for one legal intern for a period of two months – September to October 2026.
The internship is designed to provide students with practical exposure to litigation and legal practice across various courts, tribunals and legal forums.
The selected intern will have an opportunity to learn through actual litigation work and assist directly during court proceedings.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
The internship will provide exposure to research and practical litigation work before:
- Supreme Court of India.
- High Courts.
- Tribunals.
- Labour Courts.
- Labour Commissioner Offices.
The intern will also be expected to directly assist in courtroom hearings, thereby providing practical exposure to litigation proceedings and court practice.

- Labour and Employment Laws.
- Service Laws.
- Supreme Court Practice as an Advocate-on-Record (AOR).
- Consumer Law.
- Civil Law.
- Cyber Law.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates applying for the internship should possess the following qualities:
- Ability to follow directions and work diligently.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Preference for Delhi-based applicants.
- Ability to independently analyse and understand legal issues.
- Ability to think critically without relying on AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Ability to observe court proceedings and learn from practical experience.
- Genuine interest in litigation and legal practice.
The internship appears particularly suitable for students who want to gain practical courtroom exposure rather than only research-based or remote internship experience.
