The legal practice is led by Advocate Anshita Bhardwaj, who practises before the High Court of Delhi and the Central Administrative Tribunal.
The practice is based in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, and is currently expanding its team. The opportunity is suitable for both practising advocates seeking litigation exposure and law graduates interested in legal research.
Two positions are currently available.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The practice is inviting applications for the following two positions:
1. Junior Advocate – In-Office
2. Legal Researcher – Hybrid
POSITION 1 – JUNIOR ADVOCATE
The position is intended for an enrolled advocate with prior experience in litigation and regular court appearances.
Qualification:
- Candidate must be an enrolled advocate.
- Registration with the Bar Council is required.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of regular appearance before the Delhi High Court.
Key Focus Areas:
- Practice and appearances before the Delhi High Court.
- Legal drafting.
- Preparation and management of cases.
- Assisting with litigation matters.
- Day-to-day case management and related legal work.
The candidate should be comfortable with court proceedings and litigation-related responsibilities.
POSITION 2 – LEGAL RESEARCHER
The Legal Researcher position is suitable for law graduates, including freshers with a strong academic or legal research background.
Qualification:
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
Experience:
- 0–2 years.
- Freshers with a strong research and academic background are welcome to apply.
Work Mode:
- Hybrid.
- Combination of in-office work at Kirti Nagar and remote work.
The role is particularly suitable for candidates with strong legal research, analytical and writing skills.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For the Junior Advocate position:
- Enrolled Advocate registered with the Bar Council.
- 1–2 years of regular appearance before the Delhi High Court.
- Ability to handle drafting and litigation-related work.
For the Legal Researcher position:
- LL.B. or LL.M. qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with strong research and academic credentials may apply.
LOCATION
