About the Opportunity:
A leading Tier-1 law firm is hiring professionals for its Project Finance and Infrastructure practice.
Positions Available:
- Associate: Experience in project finance/infrastructure transactions with exposure to financing documentation and due diligence.
- Senior Associate: Strong hands-on experience in project finance/infrastructure law with the ability to independently manage transactions.
- Principal Associate: Proven experience in leading complex project finance mandates, strategic client advisory, and team supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage infrastructure and project finance mandates across aviation, roads, and renewable energy projects.
- Handle lending and refinancing transactions, including term sheets and financing/security documentation.
- Advise on transaction structuring, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters.
- Work closely with sponsors, lenders, and financial institutions on strategic legal and commercial aspects.
- Independently manage matters, interact with clients, and mentor junior team members.
Ideal Candidate:
Candidates should possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong client-handling abilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to independently manage high-value and time-sensitive transactions.
