A Litigation Chamber based in Defence Colony, New Delhi, is inviting applications from law students who are passionate about litigation and interested in gaining practical exposure to courtroom practice, legal research, and drafting.
About the Opportunity
The internship offers hands-on exposure to live litigation matters, legal research, drafting, court appearances, and procedural work. Selected interns will have the opportunity to learn under mentorship in a fast-paced litigation practice.
Eligibility Criteria
• 3rd year and above students of a 5-year law programme may apply.
• 2nd year and above students of a 3-year LL.B. programme may apply.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in civil, commercial, constitutional, and arbitration matters.
• Candidates should be keen to gain practical courtroom and litigation experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on ongoing matters.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist with live litigation matters and case preparation.
• Attend court proceedings and assist with procedural work.
• Support the Chamber in civil, commercial, constitutional, and arbitration matters.
