About the Opportunity
The selected candidates will primarily work on Title Search and Due Diligence matters, including examination of property documents, verification of ownership records, preparation of title search reports, and identification of legal risks and encumbrances.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Interest in Property Law, Real Estate Transactions, and Title Verification.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to examine and analyse property and title-related documents.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct title searches and property due diligence.
• Examine title deeds, sale deeds, gift deeds, partition deeds, and related documents.
• Verify ownership history and chain of title.
• Review land, revenue, and registration records.
• Draft and prepare Title Search Reports and legal opinions.
• Identify legal risks, encumbrances, and title defects.

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
