About the Organization

The Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, Hamburg, Germany, is inviting applications for its 2027 Research Scholarship Programme. The programme is designed for legal researchers residing outside Germany who wish to undertake advanced academic research in an internationally recognised research environment.

About the Opportunity

The scholarship provides selected researchers with a 1–3 month research stay in Hamburg, Germany. Scholars will receive access to the Institute’s specialist legal library, research facilities, academic seminars, scholarly exchanges, and international research community.

This is a research scholarship and not a degree programme or employment position.
