About the Opportunity
The selected candidates will work on a broad range of corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and listed company matters, while advising clients on complex legal and regulatory issues.
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience in the Companies Act.
• Experience in SEBI regulations.
• Experience in FEMA.
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• Experience in listed company compliance and related corporate law matters.
• Experience with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (I&B Code) will be an added advantage.
