The Chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma is inviting applications from law students for a Remote Legal Internship focused on Civil and Commercial Litigation. The internship offers practical exposure to litigation and an opportunity to understand legal practice beyond academic study.
About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students interested in civil procedure, commercial law, and litigation. Although primarily remote, interns should be available to visit courts for urgent matters and travel outstation for client meetings when required.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong interest in Civil Procedure and Commercial Law.
• Interest in gaining practical litigation experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on ongoing matters.
• Prepare case briefs and research notes.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Compile records and case materials.
• Assist in ongoing matters before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Undertake additional assignments entrusted by the Chambers.
• Attend court proceedings or outstation client meetings when required.
