About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students interested in corporate law, commercial transactions, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate lending and financing documentation.
• Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS Agreements, Service Agreements, and other business contracts.
• Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
