The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for in-person, full-time Judicial Internships on a rolling basis from August 2026.
About the Internship
This internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to judicial functioning, legal research, drafting, and court procedures while working at the Office of a Judge of the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduate law students in the 2nd year or above of the 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Undergraduate law students in the 4th year or above of the 5-year Integrated LL.B. programme.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Assist in legal drafting and preparation of case materials.
• Support judicial work under the guidance of the office.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the internship.
• Participate in the orientation programme at the commencement of the internship.
