About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for a motivated law graduate or final-year law student interested in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate disputes. The role offers practical drafting experience, structured mentorship, and hands-on exposure to complex matters.
Eligibility Criteria
• Law Graduate (LL.B.) or Final-Year Law Student.
• 0–1 Year PQE.
• Strong interest in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate disputes.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of procedural law relating to High Courts and NCLTs.
• Strong organisational and case management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, briefs, and case notes.

• Prepare hearing notes and case materials.
• Assist senior associates and partners in litigation, arbitration, and insolvency matters.
• Manage case documentation and timelines.
