About the Internship
This internship provides law students with hands-on experience in litigation by assisting in legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Excellent research skills with sound knowledge of legal research platforms such as Manupatra and SCC.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
• Assist in writ drafting and legal applications.
• Provide assistance in drafting plaints, suits, petitions, appeals, and various applications.
• Conduct legal research on statutory and regulatory matters.
• Assist in drafting commercial applications.
• Attend court hearings whenever required.
