About the Opportunity
AQUILAW is hiring a Senior Associate for its White Collar Crimes/Criminal Litigation Team.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a reputed law school in India or abroad.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in criminal litigation and white-collar crime matters.
• Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage criminal matters and investigations.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft and review litigation pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence.
• Handle criminal litigation, investigations, and defence strategies.
• Advise clients on BNS, BNSS, BSA, PMLA, Companies Act, and allied laws.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Represent and assist clients in criminal and white-collar crime matters.
• Independently manage matters before courts and other authorities.
