ProSquad Legal (PSL) is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. The role offers substantial exposure to corporate and commercial legal work, including contract drafting, dispute resolution, and legal writing.
Position Details:
Role: Legal Associate
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (In-Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior exposure to corporate and commercial law matters.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and prepare well-reasoned legal documents.
• Good communication and professional writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and commercial agreements.
• Assisting in corporate and commercial dispute matters.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions.
• Drafting legal articles, notes, and other legal content.
• Supporting ongoing advisory and transactional assignments.
