About the Opportunity:
A litigation practice is seeking to hire an Experienced Litigation Associate to join its Mumbai office. The role is particularly suited for lawyers with hands-on experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation and court practice.

Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling Intellectual Property (IP) litigation matters.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.
• Managing litigation strategy and case preparation.
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely filings and procedural compliance.
• Independently handling matters from inception to conclusion.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Relevant experience in litigation practice.
• Prior exposure to Intellectual Property litigation is preferred.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Experience in court appearances and procedural work.
• Ability to independently manage legal matters with ownership and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
• Ability to join immediately.
