Position: Advocate (1 Vacancy)
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 0–2 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
Remuneration: As per market standards and commensurate with qualifications and experience
Practice Areas & Forums:
The office regularly appears before:
• Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench)
• District & Sessions Courts
• Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT)
• Consumer Courts
• Family Courts
• Other Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Forums
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be an enrolled Advocate.
• 0–2 years PQE.
• Strong interest in litigation and court practice.
• Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a professional litigation environment and handle responsibilities diligently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Legal research and case law analysis.
• Drafting petitions, applications, replies, and legal submissions.
• Assisting in court appearances and hearings.
• Case preparation and briefing.
• Client coordination and matter management.
• Supporting litigation strategy and procedural compliance.
