Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Expertise in the preparation of Title Search Reports for large land parcels.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting banking and mortgage-related documentation.
• Strong understanding of revenue records, title documents, and land-related due diligence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Candidates without the requisite experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Title Search Reports across India.
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting real estate transaction documents.
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting banking and mortgage-related documentation.
• Conducting land-related due diligence and title verification.
• Reviewing revenue records and title documents.
• Assisting in banking, real estate, and project finance transactions.
