Eligibility Criteria:
• 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Sound understanding of Civil Procedure, Arbitration Law, and Criminal Law.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Prior experience in a litigation chamber or law firm will be preferred.
• Prior experience in handling filings, court appearances, and briefing work independently will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Appearing before courts and tribunals as required.
• Assisting in matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, CAT, District Courts, and other tribunals.
• Handling civil, commercial, arbitration, and criminal litigation matters.
• Managing client interactions and litigation-related assignments.
