Internship Details:
Position: Corporate Law Intern
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing the 4th year of a 5-year integrated law program.
• Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work.
• Candidates with experience limited to Litigation, Court Practice, or Dispute Resolution will not be considered.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Corporate Law internship experience.
