The Fort Circle is expanding its Dispute Resolution Team in Mumbai and is inviting applications from proficient litigators. The practice handles a broad spectrum of matters including commercial disputes, arbitration, intellectual property, real estate, and criminal litigation.
Position Details
- Position: Associate – Dispute Resolution
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience: 3–4 Years PQE

Eligibility Criteria
- Practical experience in both Civil and Criminal litigation
- Regular appearance experience before courts and tribunals including:
- Bombay High Court
- City Civil & Sessions Court
- NCLT
- Other relevant forums
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Thorough understanding of procedural laws
Key Responsibilities
- Handling dispute resolution and litigation matters
- Appearing before courts and tribunals
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
