Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant litigation experience
- Prior experience in consumer litigation matters
- Strong drafting, research, and court appearance skills
- Proficiency in local language (mandatory)
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Handling consumer litigation matters before forums/commissions
- Drafting complaints, replies, and legal documents
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
- Assisting/appearing in hearings
- Managing client coordination and case strategy
