About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Junior Associate (Real Estate Team) at the firm’s Prabhat Road, Pune office.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of experience (PQE) in Real Estate law
- Experience with advocate offices or real estate developers
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws (RERA, MOFA, redevelopment, etc.)
- Good drafting skills (English and/or Marathi)
- Ability to read and communicate in Marathi
- Strong communication and commercial understanding
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Title inspection and verification of properties
- Drafting and reviewing agreements (Sale Deed, Lease, MOUs, etc.)
- Handling conveyancing under RERA/MOFA
- Assisting in negotiations and deal closures
- Coordinating with revenue and registration authorities
