About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Patent Litigation Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team at Gurugram. This is a premium niche role combining law + technology.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of litigation experience (PQE)
- Educational background in:
• Electronics
• Computer Science
• Telecommunications (or related fields) - Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle complex technical + legal issues
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Handling patent litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, briefs, and legal documents
- Conducting legal and technical research
- Appearing/assisting in court proceedings
- Developing litigation strategy and arguments
