About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring for the following positions in its Disputes Practice (New Delhi):
• Associate (PQE: 1–2 Years)
• Senior Associate (PQE: 3–5 Years)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Strong knowledge of law and court procedures
- Experience in drafting pleadings and court appearances
- Good research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Appearing in court for hearings
- Conducting in-depth legal research
- Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and documents
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting in legal strategy and case preparation
- Balancing court work with drafting responsibilities
