About the Opportunity
The firm is hiring for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in its Dispute Resolution team at the New Delhi office.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration
- Experience appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral proceedingsExposure to white-collar defence and investigations (preferred)
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Handling commercial litigation and arbitration matters
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
- Appearing before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
- Managing cases independently with ownership
- Conducting legal research and developing strategy
