Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified to practice law in India
- 2–3 years of PQE in trademark prosecution
- Strong command over oral and written English
- Knowledge of substantive & procedural trademark laws
- Good drafting, research, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines
- Willingness for long-term commitment
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting trademark searches and preparing filing reports
- Handling trademark filing and prosecution work
- Attending show cause hearings
- Drafting oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
- Preparing written submissions for hearings
- Managing client portfolios and communication

Ahmedabad (Full-time | On-site)
