About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Branch Legal Head in the Legal Department. This is a mid-level NBFC role with responsibility over legal operations at the branch level.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree (AIBE passed mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience (NBFC / Banking / Court Practice)
- Knowledge of NI Act, Arbitration, and legal drafting
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Handling legal matters related to loans and recovery
- Managing cheque bounce (NI Act) and arbitration cases
- Overseeing branch-level legal compliance
- Drafting legal notices and documentation
- Coordinating with advocates and internal teams
