About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Litigation Associate (0–1 PQE) at the firm’s South Extension-I, New Delhi office. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-stage advocates to gain hands-on courtroom experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India (mandatory)
- 0–1 year of experience
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Knowledge of court procedures and practices
- Experience in e-filing and physical filing
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and submissions
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Assisting in court appearances and hearings
- Handling court filings (physical + e-filing)
- Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court staff
