Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or General Corporate
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Prior law firm experience preferred
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Working on M&A and private equity transactions
- Drafting transaction documents and agreements
- Conducting due diligence and deal structuring
- Advising clients on corporate legal matters
- Supporting venture capital and investment deals
