Role 1: Senior Consultant – Legal
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB/LLM (minimum 60%)
- 6+ years of experience
- At least 3 years in company law practice/advisory
- 3+ years in regulatory & statutory compliance (Govt. departments)
- Experience in law/regulation drafting and reforms
Nature of Work
- Advising on company law and regulatory frameworks
- Working on legal reforms and policy drafting
- Handling compliance for government departments
- Developing proposals for new laws/regulations
Role 2: Support Consultant – Legal
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB/LLM (minimum 60%)
- 3+ years of experience
- 2+ years in company law
- 2+ years in regulatory compliance
- Experience in policy/legal drafting preferred
Nature of Work
- Supporting legal advisory and compliance work
- Assisting in regulatory and policy projects
- Conducting legal research and drafting
- Working on law reform initiatives
