About the Internship
Applications are invited for a 4-month Assessment Internship (Corporate Team) at the firm’s Srinagar office. This is a PPO-based internship, where candidates may be offered a full-time role based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates
- Final-year students (5th year – 5-year course / final semester – 3-year LL.B.)
- Strong interest in Corporate & Commercial Laws
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Preference for Kashmiri students
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate advisory and compliance work
- Drafting agreements, notices, and legal opinions
- Conducting legal research and due diligence
- Supporting ongoing corporate matters and documentation
