Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior law firm experience preferred
- Experience in general corporate advisory, VC transactions, and real estate
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Advising clients on corporate legal matters
- Assisting in venture capital deals (due diligence, structuring, documentation)
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, term sheets, and corporate documents
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams on transactions
- Supporting real estate and corporate transactions
