ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Jus Corpus: Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Manjusha Tiwari (Assistant Professor of Law at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow)
Ms. Manjusha Tiwari is an Assistant Professor of Law at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. She teaches contract law and financial market regulation and has a strong academic interest in business law, criminal laws and procedural laws. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2019 and subsequently completed LL.M. in Constitutional Law in 2021 from the same institution. She is currently pursuing her PhD from Dr RML NLU.
Her long-standing association with the University, first as a student and now as a faculty member, reflects her deep commitment to academic excellence and institutional development. Her research contributions include publications and paper presentations at national conferences on diverse issues, such as women and child protection laws, climate change refugees and human rights jurisprudence.During her academic journey, she has interned at leading law firms, including Khaitan& Co., Luthra and Luthra, and Dua Associates, gaining valuable exposure to corporate legal practice. In addition to her academic accomplishments, she has contributed to various institutional and outreach initiatives as the Media Head of the Cultural Committee at Dr RMLNLU. She was among the top ambassadors for Mediation (2018) in a pan-India mediation awareness initiative organised by WBNUJS Kolkata in collaboration with the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, and the Supreme Court Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee. She strives to promote critical thinking and legal awareness to bridge the gap between law and society through her teaching, mentorship and research.
