About the Opportunity

- Legal Manager (LLB)
• Collateral Manager (BE Civil)
Eligibility Criteria
For Legal Manager:
- LL.B. degree
- 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and documentation
For Collateral Manager:
- BE Civil
- 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of property evaluation and construction-related aspects
Common Requirements:
- Candidates must be locally based in Ahmedabad
- Good communication and professional skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
Legal Manager:
- Handling legal documentation and compliance
- Supporting mortgage and housing finance legal processes
- Conducting legal due diligence
Collateral Manager:
- Property evaluation and technical verification
- Supporting loan processing through asset assessment
- Ensuring compliance with property-related norms
