About the Internship
The Office of Advocate Aman Oberoi is inviting applications for internship positions from serious and committed candidates. This internship provides hands-on exposure to litigation, drafting, and research work across courts and tribunals, with opportunities to assist in real-time matters and court proceedings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel)
- Proficiency in drafting and research work
- Willingness to travel to District Courts, Tribunals, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations and documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing litigations
- Assisting in case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
- Maintaining professional conduct and assisting in advocacy-support work
