About the Internship
Urja Praxis Advocates and Solicitors is inviting applications from final-year and penultimate-year law students for a one-month internship, which may be extended based on performance. This internship is designed for candidates with a strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year or penultimate-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting representations and legal documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing litigations
- Assisting in case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
- Maintaining professional conduct and assisting in advocacy-support work
